I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lipscomb University, as well as a Master of Business Administration.

Before answering a calling to become a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in finance and corporate healthcare, where I built and led account management teams. My own transformative therapy experience inspired a deep desire to support others in their healing journeys.

I believe healing happens in safe, compassionate relationships — and therapy can be one of those spaces. I work with individuals and couples to help them reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.

My approach is deeply relational and rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help clients explore the emotions, beliefs, and parts of themselves that often operate beneath the surface — and guide them toward healing with curiosity, courage, and self-compassion.

I specialize in supporting clients who are:

• Navigating relationship challenges or disconnection

• Recovering from trauma or painful childhood experiences

• Exploring identity shifts through parenting, marriage, or life transitions

• Struggling with anxiety or depression

I am a wife and mother to three teenagers. I treasure quiet mornings (which rarely happens!), cheering on my kids, deep conversations with friends, and gathering around the dinner table with our family.
